Digital Channels
A digital channel is the messaging tool through which a company can get in touch with her customers. Currently, the available channels in Audite Cloud are:
- Facebook (both DMs, comments on posts and mentions) 
- Twitter (both DMs, comments on posts and mentions) 
- Instagram (comments on posts and mentions) 
Additional channels (e.g. Instagram direct messages) will be available in Q3-Q4, 2021.
A key Audite Cloud’s functionality that can be configured at channel level is the possibility to enable a Virtual Expert (VE) or a Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage customer interactions.
