Digital Channels
A digital channel is the messaging tool through which a company can get in touch with her customers. Currently, the available channels in Audite Cloud are:
Facebook (both DMs, comments on posts and mentions)
Twitter (both DMs, comments on posts and mentions)
Instagram (comments on posts and mentions)
Additional channels (e.g. Instagram direct messages) will be available in Q3-Q4, 2021.
A key Audite Cloud’s functionality that can be configured at channel level is the possibility to enable a Virtual Expert (VE) or a Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage customer interactions.
